The Colorado State Fair Authority is seeking a design for our 2024 commemorative Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition poster! All Colorado artists and designers are invited to submit their designs. The poster may be used as the official 2024 Colorado State Fair poster design and elements may be used in advertising, branding, and other publicity. The artist with the winning submission will be awarded $1,500 prize money as well as $500 for the State Fair Authority’s purchase of the artwork. 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place posters will be displayed on the fairgrounds for the duration of the 2023 Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition.
The 2024 Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition theme is “The Colorful Colorado State Fair.” The poster must reflect the artist’s interpretation of the theme. The poster should invoke the feelings of fun, community, warmth for Colorado and its people, and of course, all things Colorado and the Colorado State Fair and Industrial Exposition!
2023 Entry Registration Dates
Entry Registration Opens – June 12, 2023 (Enter anytime online or in the General Entry/Fine Arts Office Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 9:00am – 4:00pm)
Entry Registration, Fee & Digital Submission Closes – Wednesday, July 19, 2023, 4:00pm
Entry Drop-off of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Place Winners – by August 11, 2023 by 4:00 p.m. at General Entry & Fine Arts Office located in the Palace of Agriculture Building.
Entry Pick-Up (Release) – Wednesday, September 6, 2023 10:00am – 3:00pm
