2025 Information

The Open Breeding Gilt show will be held on Sunday, August 31, 2025.  This is an Open Breeding show and is not restricted to youth/market exhibitors.  The show is open to exhibitors of all ages, the minimum age is 5 as of January 1, 2025. 

 

A representative of the National Swine Registry will be on-grounds during the show to take DNA samples of purebred animals.  

 

Exhibitors should read and be familiar with all competition requirements.  

 

Breeding Gilts may only be entered and shown in the breeding gilt show, they cannot be entered and shown in both market and breeding shows.  Gilts double entered in both the Open Breeding Show and the Market Hog show will not be allowed to show in either show and no entry fee refunds will be issued.
