The Colorado State Fair is seeking hard working individuals to join our team and help us make the 2025 Colorado State Fair a success. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Perform and maintain accurate inventories of items used for the Fair including tents, tables, freezers, and decorations.
• Inspect all materials and equipment to ensure everything is in good working order.
• Act as the primary contact for carriers, staff, and vendors for mail, freight and packages delivered to the Fairgrounds during large events.
• Maintain a system to accurately document every parcel that enters the facility. Accurately manages package distribution.
• Ensures that the warehouse is open for shipping and receiving during posted hours, and coordinates outgoing shipments.
• Assists with campground and parking lot setups as needed.
• Assists with grounds and building preparations.
• Assists all departments with printing, laminating and placing signs.
• Hangs signs, banners, and decorations as directed.
