Administration Office Assistant
The Administration Department is seeking a hard working individual to join our team and help us make the 2025 Colorado State Fair a success. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in traffic.
- Assist with the processing of temporary employee paperwork. Diagnose issues that temporary staff may encounter when filing out the new hire paperwork.
- Multitask while filing, copying, emailing, data entry, and badge printing.
- Assist with special mailings and processing incoming mail.
- Assist with Hiring Fair.
- Other duties as assigned.
