This section provides information on Livestock Officials, Judges and Livestock Parking and Passes.
Judges will be posted as soon as they are confirmed and no later than June 1, 2026.
Exhibitors have the opportunity to purchase gate and parking passes at the time of entry, however, they DO NOT have to purchase at that time. Passes may be purchased upon arrival at the Fairgrounds. Beginning in 2026, exhibitors staying in the campground will need to have passes to come through the gates by the Event Center. If passes are ordered with entries, they will be placed i your camping packet, otherwise, you will need to get gate passes when you check in with your livestock.
Exhibitors should read “What’s New in 2026” to learn of some important changes for 2026, which will be posted around February 1st.
