The building highlights Colorado’s eight tourism regions and showcases unforgettable experiences for the whole family.

Colorado Parks & Wildlife Info Booth

August 23-25, August 30-September 1

Visit the Colorado Parks & Wildlife booth between 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. on the weekends for interactive wildlife trivia, information to encourage people to get outdoors, and how to recreate responsibly when doing so. 


Chalk Art Mural

August 23 – 25, August 30 – September 1

Local muralist Tia Monson will create a spicy chalk art mural paying homage to the Pueblo Chile Pepper and YOU add your own artistic flair!


Colorful Colorado COMMUNITY Mural

August 24, 3 p.m. – 7 p.m.

Join local artists in creating a masterpiece by putting your mark on this year’s Colorful Colorado canvas. Artists will be on site with instruction and materials to add your artistic flair to the piece.


Colorado Outdoor Adventure Challenge

August 25, 11 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Cheer, compete, heckle, and learn new outdoor skills with experts from the region’s premier gravel bike and ski experiences in outdoor adventure challenges and the Grassroots Gravel Flat Tire World Olympics! Cool prizes for the over-achievers!!


Leave No Trace

Join us for an interactive experience at the Leave No Trace booth! Learn how to minimize your impact on nature through fun activities and valuable information about responsible outdoor practices. Perfect for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.



Pueblo Chile Day

August 31, 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m.

Pueblo Chile is the King of the crop in Pueblo County during harvest season. Come try a FREE Pueblo Chile wrap and see what all the buzz is about! Fresh chiles will be roasted on site and chile wraps will be given out until gone. Don’t forget your water bottle!
