Explore Colorado Building

The Explore Colorado Building is located in the center of Triangle Park on the south east end of the Fairgrounds.  The round building is the ideal location for smaller birthday parties, baby showers, or meeting spaces.

 

Rental Fee:

$275.00 per event day for the building only

$400.00 for party package**

Capacity: 50 people seated at tables; 75 seated auditorium style

Catering: Renter may choose caterer of their choice.

Alcohol: Alcohol consumption is permitted, however, sale of alcohol is prohibited.

Security is required.
