The Colorado State Fair is 11 days of fun ending Labor Day. The 2025 fair runs Friday, Aug. 22 thru Labor Day on Monday, Sept. 1!

 

In 2026 visit us Aug. 28 thru Sept. 7, and in 2027 visit us Aug. 27 thru Sept. 6!

Adult Gate Admission: $15

Kids (ages 5-12): $7

Children 4 and under are free (when accompanied by an adult)

 

Ticket Details

Please note, when arriving to the fairgrounds without tickets, visit Gate 3 (Mesa Ave.), Gate 5 (Prairie Ave.), and Gate 9 (Beulah Ave.) to purchase fair admission.

 

The remaining gates are service only or require credentials and do not sell admission tickets. 

 

Will call is located at Gate 5 on Prairie Ave.

 

Camping

On site camping is available for registered vendors and exhibitors. Space is limited, please call 719-404-2023 for information.

Carnival Prices  

($2 fee for wristbands and cards purchased on site)

 

Unlimited Ride Band*: $34 through August 21, $42 starting August 22

Megapass*: $162 through August 21, $202 starting August 22

*Some specialty rides not included (height & weight restrictions may apply)

To purchase a carnival wristband or card with digital credits, visit a Magic Money kiosk in the carnival area.

 

Grounds Rules

The Colorado State Fair’s security program includes walk-through weapon detectors at all entry gates. Bags, purses, and packages will be subject to search at each of the State Fair’s entrances.

 

Prohibited items include:

  • Weapons including but not limited to: knives, objects that appear to be weapons, pepper spray, mace, tasers, or other self-defense items
  • Fireworks or other explosive and flammable objects
  • Outside food and drink or any illegal substance (water is allowed)
  • Drones or any remote-controlled toys
  • Bikes, skateboards, skates, hoverboards, electric scooters not for mobility assistance
  • Pets with the exception of service animals or those competing at the fair
    • Service animals allowed
  • Face coverings intended to conceal wearer’s identity
    • Religious and health reasons permitted
  • Smoking of any sort is prohibited in buildings per state law. Smoking includes e-cigarettes/vapes, joints, cigarettes, pipes, cigars etc.

       Please note, consumption of cannabis in public is illegal.

 

Other items may be refused at the discretion of State Fair management or law enforcement.

Parking Information

Public parking is available in the Colorado State Fair South Lot, south of the fairgrounds between Mesa and Northern Avenues.

Parking Price:

$5 Monday-Thursday

$10 Friday-Sunday

 

Parking is also available in the Hangar Lot at 905 S. Prairie Ave.  Enter heading south on Prairie Ave between Small and Tulane Avenues.

Parking Price: $15

 

Please note that parking is cash only!

Pueblo Transit Courtesy Shuttle

The shuttle will run from the city’s Main Street Parking Garage (110 S. Main St in downtown Pueblo) to the State Fair Gate 5 on Prairie Ave. Shuttles will run every 15 to 30 minutes. The shuttle and parking in the garage is FREE. 

Shuttle hours:

Monday-Thursday: 3-11 p.m.
Friday-Sunday: 11 a.m.-11 p.m.
Labor Day: 11 a.m. -11 p.m.

Handicap Access

Handicap parking and access to the fairgrounds is available from designated areas along Beulah & Arroyo Avenues. Please be aware that the Arroyo gate is not open to the public.
