There will be no open or youth poultry or rabbit shows at the 2025 Colorado State Fair.

 

The Market Poultry and Market Rabbit shows will be held and those requirements can be found under the Market shows tab of the Livestock Competition page. The Market Poultry and Market Rabbit shows will be on Saturday, August 23, 2025 beginning at 8:00 a.m.  The Grand and Reserve Grand Champion Chicken Pens, Rabbit Pens and Turkeys will sell at the Junior Livestock Sale on Tuesday, August 26, 2026.  

 

Market Poultry and Rabbits will be required to complete nomination forms for their projects in July, 2025.  The nomination procedures will be sent to all Extension Offices in the near future and you should check with your Extension Office regarding those project nominations.
